Electronic Arts (Capital Games) EA Capital Games I purchased over $100 in merchandise i didnt receive. False advertising; They sold all my personal info to tons of telemarketers. They remain unresponsive Sacramento California

I downloaded an app from Capitol Games noticing they wre backed by electronic Arts.  I have been supporting Electronic Arts for over twenty years without a single problem they didnt resolve almost immediately.  The app offers purchases for in-app currency, and offers for making purchases from partners for in-app currency at a signifigant discount.  I seached carefully for a disclaimer, or terms and conditions, there was none outside of the advertisement. 

I made several purchases, entered my information upon establishing a secure connection, was charged, but recieved nothing.   Almost immediately my personal cell phone began receiving six to twenty three calls a day from the partners despite being on a no call list, which wouldn't bother me so much if I would have recieved what I purchased.  

Shortly after, I began receiving even more calls fom affiliates I didn't register with, but were listed as partner offers.  There is a privacy link on the app's page where the partners are listed stating that your personal information will not be shared.  I began contacting Capital Games via their resolution center that stating the company would contact me within forty eight hours.  After a couple weeks I tried again, but still no response.  Their contact information is unlisted.  

I then began contacting the partners, the few that responded stated that I need to contact the app's provider.  Between the calls and the unsurmountable amount of emails, the theft of information andcash, coupled with their refusal to awknowledge my any of my claims this has become a very frustrating issue.
