Hello everyone, who is playing pogo now and who is thinking about joining pogo.
I am going to copy and paste email exchange with Eli C. customer service account of electronic arts. Eli C customer service rep. called me ridiculous and told me what I meant when I used word "chit" that is just not acceptable here it is please be a judge.

Now here is Eli C. response when I asked her/him why is "chit" inappropriate
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. It is well known that people use the word 'chit' in place of 's**t'. Saying that you were referring to a voucher for chickens is rather ridiculous. It is clear what the word means in each case. The suspension stands(notice how she/he says suspension stands my account was terminated not suspended.
I have tried to communicate with Eli C in a nice manner to resolve this issue but her/he attitude was we have million players on pogo who cares about you. That is the feeling I got when I got responses from him/her.
Thank you all for reading about pogo and please think twice before joining pogo. Thank you all and have a good day.

I agree that some of the chat is horrible but saying chit is not a bad word. What really ticks me off is the people who post things like go here to get 1000 tokies or whatever or those people who are just flat out rude to people. I am sorry you got your account taken away from you but there's always the hope of starting over under another name. Good luck to you!

I have been a happy pogo member for well over 4 years. And one of the most aggravating aspects is not the company, but the rude foul mouthed members. You can be in a game room, and boom, here comes the inbred foul mouthed members cluttering up the chat with their inane conversations. I have so many people muted, that it gets insane to see it.
Yes, I report people because there are specific game rooms set up for their style of chat. The rest of us could care less what "chit" you have stuck in your teeth.
So, sorry if you were terminated. Read the TOS next time you join a game site!
