On November 23, 2009 I ordered electronic cigarettes inc starter kit for $79.95. The product was never shipped. When I called they said my credit card had been declined. My credit card was not declined and was billed the same day of the order. I called again and was told product was on backorder. One week later I called again and they said product was shipped. I traced with Postal Service and product was never shipped. I called again and they promised that product was shipped that day. Again traced with Postal Service and product was never shipped. I called again and talked to so-called supervisor who assured me product would ship that day. Again no shipment. They report to Postal Service with notification of Shipment but never give the product to Postal Service.  My repeated calls now go unanswered. I have never been ripped off before on a internet order, this was the first time. I either want my product or my credit card credited.  Can anybody out there help me ??

Nice of you to have taken the risk after reading the two posts. If I were you, I'd rather make a donation....

Did you read the other rebuttal where the guy from the firm responded something on the lines of - no such order / maybe competition and then a day later the guy came back saying he's satisfied?

Still shows bad customer service.....I guess each person has a different standard of service required.

Good luck to you tho. Glad it worked out.

for anyone who is reading the posts on this site about electroniccigarettesinc.com. I ordered my vapor king from this company on the 22nd of december i believe, though nervous after reading the 2 postings on this site I went ahead and ordered. I was emailed a tracking number 6 days later telling me it had been shipped. so, i went to usps website and put the tracking number in and it told me that there was no such tracking number. HOWEVER, the next day I tried the tracking number again and it was legit. considering i ordered right before christmas. being shipped out in 6 days was amazingly fast in my opinion. I recieved my product in the mail on the 31st of december. electroniccigarettesinc.com said up to 14 days so  the fact that my order came three days early made me really happy. When I opened the box it said they were out of the empty refill cartridges. So instead of making me wait for the back order like some other company would. They sent me 10 full refill cartridges! let me tell you, I have never worked with a company that was so legit and honest on their website and their advertising...I am so happy with their product it exceeds my expectations. Customer service was AMAZING and fast to respond. I will definitely be ordering from this company again! KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ELECTRONICCIGARETTESINC! we need more online companies like you guys!

I have actually just gone through all the orders from Nov 23, for 79.95 and I do not see a Dan or any from La Crosse Wisconsin... I am beginning to doubt the legitimacy of this report. Could be a competitor?

Just checking this in my system I have no orders from a Dan or Daniel placed on nov 23, 2009. So I do not know how accurate your statement is.

Secondly, If you call us at 1-877-324-4462 or email at sales@electroniccigarettesinc.com we will rectify the situation. When an item is on backorder we clearly state on the website extended delivery times for those items, so I am assuming your item must have been on backorder.

There has never been an order that we have not fulfilled 100% so please call or email us so we can rectify the situation.

After numerous complaints, my order from Electronic Cigarettes Inc arrived in

the mail on December 17th.  No explanation from the the Postal Service or

Electronic Inc.  I received my product and I am satisfied but I will never do

business with them again.
