I wanted to order a Nintendo Wii from this company. I started this about the biginning of December. The person who answered my email told me to send the payment & they'd send me the Wii.

So, I sent the money, waited until the day they told me it would arrive, but my order never arrived. I looked back on one of his messages & it said the minimum order was 5 items. I requested a refund but he said that he'd send my order even if it costed him his job.

He said that he was going to send it along with other peoples' orders if all went well. I deleted the original messages. I did however save the Western Union documents & a copy of his most recent email message if that would be helpful in any way.

I haven't received my order yet. I'm unsure on whether or not he has or is planning to ship my order so I figured I'd come to this website to be sure that he'll keep his word. I know there was holidays in between so I'll allow some time for that.

I'm not sure how to deal with this situation since the company/person is in England & I'm in the US. I couldn't find a website for this company so I don't know very much about it. I used Froogle to find them before but recently there's been no sign of them.

I know they said they take their ads off & on Froogle's website so maybe this is their off cycle. Well, that's all the info I have. Hopefully they'll cooperate & then I can give them a better review or something.

I think I've been scammed. I sent this guy who supposedly works for this company in England my payment for this videogame item.

I've been waiting ever since December of last year for him to send this thing (or my refund) to me but no such luck.

Now, after all this time, I can't find anything online about him or the company he claims to work for. I've never heard of this place so I thought it was a small business & the guy I sent the payment to was like the owner or something.

I know it's pretty tough to actually find the product in question to buy somewhere, so I figured this company/person could get me one since they said they had a bunch in stock so I bought one off of them. Guess I was wrong...

I think if they couldn't get me one that they should've at least told me so or refunded my money. They did tell me that I had to order a certain amount before they'd ship me my order but they accepted my order & insisted on shipping it out anyhow & never gave me my order or returned my money.

I don't think I would've gotten anything off these people anyhow even if I would've done as they asked. They seemed honesst enough at the time though but I guess they're not.

It wasn't much (about $260.00) but it still makes me upset. I think others should know what this company/person did so they don't make the same error as I did from someone else like this.

It would be nice if I could get my money back but I think the lawyer fees & stuff would probably be more than the item I was trying to buy. (wouldn't pay me to do that) Well, if anybody wants to help, ok. If not, that's ok too. I learned my lesson so I'll just have to be more careful next time.
