May we ask why this report is listed under our business name? We do not have our company in California. We are located in Florida ONLY !!!!! Please remove this report as again we do not service California as we are in Florida and do NOT have sister companies doing business as us. 

Do not use this company - they are crooks!  We arranged a transfer from Santa Clara to SFO and was quoted $85. We picked up my colleague at a hotel next door and they tried to charge us $160 when we arrived at airport.  Driver made me call owner who was awful and said that is the fare.  $160 for a 30 min ride! I ended up paying $140 reluctantly.  Hope this review reminds them of the importance of not ripping people off

The report made against us for unethical, unworthy, bad communication and taking clients money and not providing a service is untrue to say the least. This particular client has decided to cancel service due to miscommunication on their part. As stated in the contract they signed in the presence of the Vice President of the company, it clearly states that all retainers are non refundable, if the client chooses to cancel service for whatever reason. In this case the client was extremely rude and unprofessional making any further communication truly hard at best or if at all. We have never had 1 bad review as we are a family business and strive for complete customer satisfaction 100% of the time and if not we work together to make sure all is happy. Like the old saying goes sometimes you cannot please everyone.  We have tried to rectify this situation with said reporter of the fraudulent claim with no response. Now they are trying to defame our good name. We understand and agree that if this review was true, we would have to try harder to make sure things like this did not happen again, however this is a client spreading untruths around the web to try and hurt our good name. I have the contract said client freely signed and will be happy to produce such document for review. We also have their cancelation of service on record. This is a Fraud report !!!!!! They clearly have copied text from our website for keyword searches to again post fraudulent claims against us.
