Contacted "Charles Bob Dylan" at 612-567-6989 which was the contact number at the following website:  elegntschnauzers.weebly.com.  Puppy was supposed to be delivered for $650 pus $150 for shipping.  My wife wire-transferred the $800.  The next day she receiuved a request for another $1100 for various fees.  All but $50 was to be reimbursed in cash after delivery.  She did not comply with the second request.  She asked for refund and was promised a refund of $650 because the shipping charge was not refundable.  No contact from the seller since then.  Chaska, MN address is an apartment complex.  Called the apartment complex and manager indicated that nobody with that name lived there. Additional $1100 was supposed to be sent to Camilia Diaz in Columbus, GA.
