Elegant Urns Engraving error and incorrect jewelry and not replying to emails California

After purchasing a wooden urn cremation box they didn't put the correct date on it and the bracelet isn't what I ordered and did not come with a complimentary kit to do undone to place ashes into it. I have sent email informing them and they questioned me "what is that not correct" even when I sent off a photo of the mistake and my order. After sending many other emails all week they have not responded to one of them. This is not good business and you don't treat people poorly by questioning them when something has been pointed out to them in a photo details. Also my items didn't come until 3 months after purchase and I had to continuously ask when I'd be receiving my goods. $567 is a lot of money and I'm mad with myself for not reading their reviews first because they're not good. Tried to update the cremation box but it kept coming back remove for some reason. I asked for the 16/06/1963 and they put 6/06/1963.
