I found evidence of Jennifer Tresh's case that "went away". There was a statewide arrest warrant

out for her arrest and she was arrested in Pinellas County on that warrant. Looks like she got the criminal case expunged (erased by the court - very expensive) but she neglected to check with Pinellas County. See Picture!

In all fairness to all parties I don't know who is right or wrong in this case, but it looks like Jennifer Tresh has a lot of reports about her on this site. Honestly why would anyone donate this much money to a charity? I can understand to help sick children, however you need to have some common sense. God bless this woman and her daughter nobody should have to go through what she did, but if you want to help children donate to make a wish or something. It is really not wise to give money to a ameture foundation like the one here. Money can be used and abused, honestly settling conflicts on this website won't solve anything if this behavior really took place I would suggest contacting the authorities with any evidence you may have.

This is outrageous. I guess when someone speaks out against fraud, they get attacked and lied about. So coming to this site to speak out about being ripped off just opens these people up to being attacked rather than this company trying to do the right thing.
