ElevateGF Didn't receive product after I was charged Aurora Colorado

 I ordered the trial of this product, and I wasn't pleased with any sort of results within 12 days.  I felt absolutely nothing after taking this product.  Usually, when taking a supplement with claims like this, it is known to have some sort of minimal result after working out.  It's usually a progressive result, and one that you can see working at some point.  Nothing happened with this product. 

I called to return the bottle, or get details to return it, well within the 14 day period that they mention to contact them and ask not to be charged $87.47.  As a matter of fact, I could've personally delivered it! 

I have repeatedly called (866) 296-3272, and listened to the young lady's voice recording, stating "Thank you for calling Elevate Customer Service.  Please hold on the line and someone will be with you shortly", followed by, "thank you for holding, we appreciate your patience, please continue to wait the line for the next customer care specialist"......  This takes place for approximately 24 - 25 minutes, then I am hung up on. 

Not once does someone answer the phone, or am I spoken to by anyone.  I have been trying to do this since the 12th of August, 2013.  My credit card was charged $87.47 on th 8th of August, clearly before my 14 day period was even up.  I have called every day since the 12th of August, and continue to have them disconnect the line on me before I even speak to someone.  It's like clockwork.  As soon as I see 24 minutes hit on my phone, I can expect a disconnect within a minute. 

I am contacting my credit card company and filing a fraud report against Elevate, or Elevate-GF.  I don't suggest this product.  I'm a regular lifter, who was looking to cut, and get some growth.  There was not one single gain from this product.
