Like the others filed reports on this company's rip off, i also recieved a letter stating i have won $615,810.00. The same type of processing form to fill out to claim the winning lottery. 
They wanted all the personal and bank information about me to be faxed to Mr. Antonio Sanchez (Tel: 011-34-627-125-882, Fax: 011-34-654-631-062 and 011-34-685-337-787) Madrid, Spain.
I went to this offician website: http://www.elgordo.com/indexen.asp
Where we can find all the reasults for all the different lottery that elgordo offers...and I didn't find my winning number match that days winning numbers...on top of that I found the Scam/Spam Alert info....I searched internet for Santa Lucia....and found this website and read couple of messages and found out that the same ticket number, serial number and winning numbers are used over and over again to full as many people as they can....
Thankfully I read other peoples filed rip off letters and avoided from faxing my personal information. I hope others read and save themselves from this SCAM.
