YP advertising Recorderd me on a phone contract for advertisement and did not deliver Atlanta Georgia

I was solicited via cold-call from the sales representative and eventually purchased an annual advertising program from them. They mislead me in terms of what I received in the program. I called in and their representatives were very unhelpful and clearly lacking in confidence to answer my questions and tell me what keywords or landing pages they used. I'm now locked into a very expensive advertisement for a year with absolutely no results. I haven't received a single lead in 6 months of advertising with YP. Please avoid at all cost!”

Additional points:

 They signed me into a recorded phone contract without sending it to me despite several requests for the to do so; I asked for a copy 5 times in the last few months and never heard back.

In the billing letter sent to me they used various scare-tactics such as reporting me to credit bureaus etc.
