elighters.com Poor communication, bad service, never sent my order but kept the money Internet

I placed an order for Christmas gifts on the 15th, other than the Paypal email stating they took the money out, I never heard from the company.  No communication regarding shipping nor anything else.  

I thought maybe they were too busy during the holidays.  After 15 days I finally emailed and asked what happened to my orders?  I received a reply that one was out of stock.  I asked if one item is out of stock why not ship the rest of my order?  Why didn't I receive an email regarding out of stock item so that I could pick a substitute.  

After a while I received a response that they sent me an email which he pasted in his email.  I searched my SPAM and Trash file and nothing.  I asked if he would forward that actual email to me and if he would give me an ETA on the delivery of my items as it is very late Chirstmas presents now.  No response to this day, still no items, and no refunds issued.  This is a very bad company, do not do business with them.
