Home Sellers, Investors and Hard Money Lenders beware of this scam and fraudulent individual. He goes by name of Elio Avrilien and claims to be a real estate investor that will buy your house cash under company names Miami All Cash Home Buyers and Real Estate Nerd with websites www.miamiallcashhomebuyers.com and realestatenerd.net.  The content on his websites are fraud, claiming to be accredited by BBB, but when you search for his company, it’s no where to be found, he also claims to have been seen on TV such as Fox and CBS, both also false.  He runs a credit card fraud scheme where he makes large purchases online for products and then claims “unauthorized charge” with bank and keeps the product. He has done this not once, or twice but multiple times although the address matches.  If he is running a credit card scam, what else is he scamming others with?  Be aware and do not do business with this individual!!!
