Since my last update, I have uncovered solid evidence (documented) that one Elise Ciaramella of Las Vegas Nevada, Marketing Manager at Luxury Bath of Reno, Spokane and Idaho(Camhttp://www.linkedin.com/in/eliseciaramella) is the author of the above libelous disparaging post and others on the web, concerning my character. It is very clear that this was done by the direction of Alan Hansen. Hansen is a partner in USA Bath, Inc., Luxury Bath of Reno, Luxury Bath of Spokane and Luxury Bath of Idaho. Luxury Bath specializes in shower/bath remodels, bath to shower conversions, replacement bath systems and tub liners. They serve northern Idaho, Boise and the Treasure Valley, Reno and northern Nevada, Spokane and the Inland Empire, including Moscow, Pullman and Lewiston. They have operated illegally in northern California and Oregon as Re-Bath of Spokane and Re-Bath of Northern Nevada. (Documented) Ciaramella has worked for Hansen since 2007. She writes and post the phony customer reviews for YellowBot, Yahoo local, yellow book and many more. These are web business directories.
This is a grave matter, when one posts lies, without any basis whatsoever, on the internet. It shows absolutely no character, to commit such a heinous act for ones job. It also shows that Hansen will stoop very low to forward his greed. I will be looking at my legal options after the first of the year.

I retract this post. Early in 2010, I made contact with this company and we worked out our remaining issues (which revolved around sales commission due after I resigned my position with the company. Before resolving our disagreement, I placed several posts on this site regarding the company - which I have since retracted. I then saw posts regarding me that I believed were made by people at the company. The company has completely retracted those posts as well. Both parties wish we could simply delete all these postings, but that is not possible so we agreed to retract everything written about each other. We hold absolutely no malice towards each other.
