Elite Energy Solutions Sales Deceptions, Orem, Utah

I worked for the Logan branch of Elite Energy Solutions as a technician installing the insulation that salesman sold.  My complaint covers problems that occurred from May until July 2012. 

I noticed that quite a lot of customers complained about never having actually set up appointments. 

I soon found out that salesman did this in the hopes that when customers would see us setting up to install in their homes that they would change their minds.  This was unprofessional and deceptive.

Other customers were angry when we showed up because they had called to cancel earlier.  This happened for one, just like above, salesman failed to cancel the appointments because they hoped that customers would change their minds.  This also occurred because of how unorganized and incompetent the company was.  The phone machine in the office frequently had over forty missed calls, and I noticed no attempt to call these customers back.

Salesman also frequently erred in their measurements of insulation depth in attics.  This happened both from salesman who did not bother to inspect the entire attic, and salesman who just blatantly lied.  Incorrect insulation depth measurements is serious because it could cost the customer their rebates from Questar or Rocky Mountain Power if it is discovered.

For those that may consider working for Elite Energy Solutions, there are other problems that need reporting.  Techs are promised payment per job, rather than per hour, with no compensation for cancelled jobs, of which you can expect from above there were a lot.  There is no written document explaining the commission policy for techs, only a verbal one, and multiple employees including myself are missing large amounts of money from their paychecks that should have been paid for completed jobs.
 
Elite Energy Solutions has many good employees, people that were great to work with, but as a whole Elite has not acted appropriately to deserve your business.
