Back in April, I bought a puppy off of this idividual while I was deployed. When I returned to the states in April, I had the puppy sent to me by plane. I received the puppy, on May 06, and everything was fine with the puppy. However we had a signed contract, and I was promised fully registered AKC papers with the puppy. I have yet to receive those papers, and it is now almost November. I have contacted this idividual numerous times about getting the papers, by phone, and email. She does respond, however, she tells me every time that she is waiting on dna confirmation with AKC. I contacted AKC, and they informed me that, in fact, dna confirmation does not take that long and I should have already received the papers. I do not understand why this individual will not send me the papers. After all this, I would highly not recommend doing business with this individual unless you meet in person and receive papers.

You're very right. Everything you have said is true, and I do apologize. But, maybe it would have been a good idea for you to explain that to me. I'm not familiar with imported dogs, so I have no idea how long it may take. So a normal person from my standpoint is probably going to think, "why have i not received my papers yet". I appreciate doing business with you, and I'm sorry for this. Yes you did send me a beautiful young boxer, and I am very happy with him. Thank you.

It is true, Papers have taken longer than expected. you did receive a healthy handsome boy! you have messages me several times telling me how happy you are with him.
But, the papers are taking a little longer. The female is an import, and I was myself waiting for the FCI registration. I had the export pedigree but was waiting for one more document from the seller in Hungry. Then I had to send papers to AKC and do all that, Then registed the litter after her papers come in and all that.
I have sold hundreds of puppies in my 13 years of breeding and NEVER has someone Not received their papers. You can ask any of all the buyers of my puppies that are on my FB page. they have all received papers just fine!
There is no reason why you would not get your papers and why I would keep papers back.
I always deliver what is promised which is one: a healthy great looking puppy that you stated you were happy with... and two: papers. which you WILL RECEIVE ASAP.
I do not think this report is fair as I have been comunicating with you all along.
I even text you last week to ask for your address since I was under the impression that you recently moved.
Again, I do not think this report is fair, under the circumstances. I had even told you about the papers being delayed BEFORE you bought the puppy...
I would appreciate if you would clarify this situation
