Elite Extreme - Elite Products & Technologies No way to contact company and they take a month to ship Casselberry Florida

I was attracted to their web site and selection and placed an order after reviewing many sites. After placing the order on 6/12, I wanted to contact them later that day with a question. They have a "chat" feature that allows you to enter your question, as if you are about to chat with a representative, only when you press send, the dialog box disappears and you'll never hear from anyone. I next tried their phone number which suggests I was next in queue and my wait would be no more than a minute. Nearly 5 minutes later, I hung up. I then tried email and further calls and chat over the next 3 weeks: no answer, no reply, no chat connection. I contacted the BBB and my CC company to complain. 1 month later, 1 of the 2 items arrived, the other on back order. It was ugly and I refuse to give money to such a lame company with NO customer service. Buyer, be very wary of this company!
