I ordered a cell phone cover from them. I got an e-mail confirmation from them saying it would ship within 1-3 days. After 3 weeks, I still had not received it so I emailed them, and their response was less than helpful. They wouldn't even send me a tracking #. I then called them, and a woman told me it was on backorder and offered to let me do a "2 for 1" deal. I said I just wanted what I ordered and she told me that I would have to wait for them to receive it and she did not know when that would happen. I asked for a full refund and she said she could not give me one because they would not refund the shipping cost, even though they never even shipped it!!
