In August 2014 we flew from our home in Queensland, Australia to fly from Sydney to Europe for a mediterranean cruise.  Our tickets were purchased through Vito at Elite Flight Pros.  At the ticket counter of Thai Airways where we checked in, we were treated like criminals.  They said "we have been waiting for you to arrive", your tickets are "company fraud and you are not able to travel".  We telephoned Elite Flight Pros immediately and were told that they didn't understand why we couldn't travel and that they would book us another flight the next day, but we would have to pay again.  Having already paid $10,500 USD there was no way we were going to pay again.  We lost our flights, our mediterranean cruise and a holiday following in Bellagio, Italy.

Thank goodness, we had paid with an Amex card and American Express were wonderful and made a refund to us.

Elite Flight Pros never apologised or offered any help what so ever, so to the previous person from Indiana, I understand completely what you went through as it also happened to us.
