I sent My proposal they approved me and my partner for $150,000 each with a $10,000 sign on bonus. We went and got a DBA as a partner with aniceto aguinaga and Welsfargo account. Once the loan went through he took off with the money and never called again. he called everyday all day before the loan was processed. He picks small time business owners or someone looking to start charge you a $800 Lawyer Fee The Scam Begins..He Has A Long Paper Trail On Google and Uses His Families Names And Addresses. Someone Get This Guy... Oh Yeah He's My uncles Family so lets catch him fast...

To whom it may concerns,
The statement that was made towards the Elite Funding Company has been false. I have discovered that the two individuals that had made claims toward the company and the defendant is a whole different situation. I had contacted Aniceto Aguinaga who was a Broker for a financial company named Legacy Funding Association.
The entire situation was based on a silent partnership between Aniceto Aguinaga, Kevin Royale Washington, and Reginald LaDrew Washington that was created on July 22nd of 2013. Aniceto Aguinaga did provided me a notarized silent partnership contracts that was terminated due to incompetency of not able to get any funding for the "Loonie Bin Pro Studios".
The Legacy Funding Association denied the applicant applications for any funding towards the Recording Studio due to poor business structure. Aniceto Aguinaga had mentioned that he had only received a total $650 in 4 different payments towards the expense to establish an account to be a Guarantor. Aniceto Aguinaga did tell me that He will give the claimants the $650.00 back to the claimants.
Just so everyone can understand why the business wasn't approved for any loan. A Guarantor is needed for the Corporate Funding. And to be a Guarantor, everyone on the DBA's has to have good credits history. Unfortunately, not all of the applicants on the applications didn't have the good credits to obtain any approved corporate loans.
As the public advisor of the company, I am asking to please clear Elite Funding Company out of this poor business practice. We don't associate with anyone through silence partnership, we don't operate that way. I will be seeking legal action towards the claimants if we are not cleared. I have the copies of the silence partnership contracts of these individuals and I will post it online if I need to take it further. Thank you
