Completely fake company. I tried to get customer service through the fake online chat. the only way i got a phone call is because i said i had to make a huge order of 20 shirts. I called and got a phone call back from 'Natalie' at this number: 224-828-3443. She gave me some complete BS about rain ruining packages and having them returned. when I asked why I never got any tracking information, she gave me some more BS about it being UPS's fault. She said she would have a new package shipped out ASAP and that i would be emailed in 24 hours. Never got an email. Called Natalie back and she said she submitted the order. When I asked about a tracking number she hung up on me and turned the phone off.
In addition, they list BluePay as the company that processes their orders. This is false. I contacted BluePay, Elite Greeks does not use their services. They used their services a year ago under 'SpiritWear'
