My company has just requested a refund in full (we'll see if we get it) due to the fact that each lead sent over is bogus and/or has fabricated information. The consumer has verified with their phone records that they have actually never been contacted recently and that the information was from MUCH earlier, mostly over a month old. So this company is re-hashing out old leads and saying that they're new. Then they have agreed via email to replace the lead, but then they send over the same garbage. Each consumer has verified that they have not been contacted recently and that they certainly have not given out the information that's on the lead sheet to the telemarketer listed. Supposedly, a telemarketer and a supervisor from Elite Marketing verify all the information...but that's completely not false because each of the leads sent, almost every piece of information was grossly inaccurate and down-right fabricated. There were employer & spouse names that the consumers had never even heard of! The consumers are angry and asked us to provide all the information about where we got their information from, so we're cooperating with them now and hoping to help shut-down these poor business practices. Not to mention they are stealing brokers' money!

Elite Marketing.
Don't be fooled guys.
They will tell you what we all want to hear....real leads that can close that aren't super expensive. They are all garbage, and that's only for the people that they actually send the leads to.
They refused to send my money back until I put up a retraction of my comments. Well, I'm an idiot and did put up a retraction because I wanted my money, but all they did was restart sending the campaign of bogus leads from the first time.
So in reality, I don't care about the money I lost. I could lose it many times over and still smile on the way to work.
It's the principle. We don't screw over our clients if we want them to continue to buy from us. You would think as a so-called lead provider, they would understand that.
GET THE WORD OUT. ELITE MARKETING, ALONG WITH JAY MARTIN, IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD. You need to activate the consumers also into filing complaints with the FTC and the attorney general of their state, and the state of CA. Get the word out and stop these fraudsters.
Think this is just one or two aggravated customers? Check out these links and do a few google searches...you will see how truly bad this company is.
