After being hounded for weeks by Elite Merchant Services of Denver about being able to accept credit cards, I met with thier salesman at my house for my residential service business. The salesman promised I would pay ONLY $99.00 per month for the service at the first of each month. They immediately started taking money from my account and had taken $302.20 even before the first payment was due Dec. 1st.
The salesman didn't even leave me any signed paperwork when we met (my stupid!)saying it would all be mailed to me. I never received copies of all the stuff I signed.
The rep. said they are listed with the Denver BBB and that thier service was second to none and that my business would see an increase on the average of 25 to 35 % as was the case with all his clients. I checked and could not find them at the BBB.
I've called Elite Merchant Service numerous times complaining and demanding copies of my paperwork and to talk to someone in charge about the extra charges and NO ONE HAS EVER called me back. They just don't care. They have my account info and that's all they need. Time for a new account.
