Elite Mortgage Solutions Inc., Glenn Mageno president, Rhonda K Walker attorney, myloanhost, LOAN MODIFICATION SCAM Pasadena, California

I retained Elite Mortgage Solutions Inc./Glenn Mageno and their attorney Rhonda K Walker in February 2009 to secure a Loan Modification.  They were referred through my professional organization as we are both members.
To make a long story short............This Is a Scam..........

After months of little or no communication, I received a Notice to Accelerate from the lender.  I immediately called the lender and was told no communication or documentation had been received from Rhonda K Walker (the company attorney) 
Elite Mortgage Solution now has all my sensitive information and ID and $3,495.00 I was required to pay up front before any work was done.

I am now months behind in my attempt for loan modification and have drained my retirement in doing so.  This company has nearly destroyed me.  Because of this my near perfect credit score has been downgraded almost 50% which has affected my ability to conduct my business and try to recover.  This situation has also affected my ability to continue to attempt securing a loan modification.
Of course I am in contact with the California Attorney General, California and LA County Bar Association, the FTC, California Consumer Protection and the California Dept of Real Estate regulations division.
