On July 6 I have the estimate that elite moving company gave me it was 1386 $ a lady called tyranny talked to me, a very nice lady. I had been talking with her for awhile and I could not deicide if I should do business with this company because I was not sure of the date of my moving. So that day I finally got the final estimate. The next day I knew that I was going to have to add more things. According to what they gave me I figured that it would be maybe 200 o 400 more. Besides Tiffany told me about the discount for boxes and wrapping. I told her that I was going to wrap my things myself but that I like the discount in the prize itself she said she was going to ask. I told her that I did want the discount anyway. 

Anyway. When the day of the pick up came on  July 9 I could not be present because I had to move two days before to California so I left a person in charge with a power of attorney that I submitted to the company. I was however I contact with the mover and with the lady I left in charge Maria de Los Angeles. While they were loading my things into the car my friend Maria told me that one of the guys was not doing anything but just talking on the phone and when he started to do something he continued talking on phone and hitting around my packed things. I called immediately and talked to Tiffany, she told me that she was going make a note about that. I talked to the the driver of the car the guy in charge mr. Adelso who told me that indeed I should file a complain because that man was always a problem. Tiffany also told me to talk to the man on the truck adelso about the discount in the packing which I did and adelso told me he will make that note for the company. In the end adelso gave Maria the final prize which went up now to 2754 I was totally surprise so I call Tiffani but I could It to her. After talking with other people who did not help me at all I got to meet Mr Roy and my Calvary begun. 

 

He was from the very moment rude, mean, and very arrogant. It was clear to me that his purpose was not help me. He asked me about the payment I was supposed to do. Then he told me that really it was my fault because I called them in the last minute and they did what they could. He dismissed my complain about the irresponsibility of the mover guy , the discount I was supposed to get. Anyway he did not want to help at all. But the worst of all was his tone of voice and his disrespect towards me he did not treat me like a client. So I got very angry and told him that I wanted to talk to someone else and that I will not speak with him anymore. He told me he already told his staff not to talk to me anymore I will be able to talk only to him. I could not even talk to Tiffani even though I told him I needed it someone who speaks Spanish. I was communicating with Tiffani in Spanish. Because of his meanness and knowing that with him I was not going to get anywhere I hanged up on him a couple of times. So I called back but the staff would always put me with him. So I decided to call a friend a business woman who I thought could handle this situation better. So I prepared another power of attorney so she can talk to them. After three days of them not wanting to talk to her. She told mr Roy that we will pay the money even though we taught it was too much. 

Now the problem was that Mr Roy refused to take a credit card asking us to sent a money order. This is ridiculous because they did accept the first payment of 100.00 $ on my credo card. So it was clear that mr. Roy just wanted to make things difficult for me. Besides there is nothing in the contract about payment with money order. 

By this time there was nothing we could do only go alone with what he wanted. So I bought the money order and they got it on July 22 I have the received confirming that someone there got it. I also talk to another lady there who told they were aware of that check in the post office and that they will sent somebody to get it. I waited for a week for an answer. They never called me. On Monday July 27 I spoke with Tiffany she was very upset and apologized for the behavior of mr Roy she said he is very difficult man and that every body in the office was afraid of him. I told her that I just needed my things to be delivered. So I called again talked to Mr. Roy and he told me that he did not know anything about the check that he was going to ask if somebody know anything about him and the he will me. Never did, so I called him again I gave him the tracking number he said he sees that they were supposed to receive him but that he did not know anything about it. He told me he was going to call me the next day. Never did. So I called he was not there, so I called the next day he said that he is still researching and that I should not call again because I was calling to much and that they will call me. I was very calm and told him and I needed to call because I need to know about my things he said he was not going to tolerate me controlling him so I should not call again. He will call me. I said when, he said no more than a week. I recorded this conversation.

Any way after a moth and three days since that mean conversation, they showed up with my things. I had to pay the remaining $700 plus $100 more. The driver told me that the remaining were $800 I said that it was only $700 because I paid $100 in the very beginning. He did not care he said to call the company that they will reimburse me. I wrote a letter to them, never heard a word and never get my $100 back. If you want to be treated like a human being never go to this company.
