On 03/11/2018, I purchased a vehicle through a listiing on ebay to the name compay. I read an followed the instructions of how they preferred or required payment, I also have receipts. The issue was once we (me and Husband) were able to see the vehicle it was damaged on driver side back panel, scratches from driver door all the way to damage area it appeared the vehicle was hit, this is not in the description, their pictures of the vehicle do not show this or mention this, On the listing it required a$499 fee for
299 reassignment fee for title
7 for mailint the title which was left in the vehicle, not handed to me.
155 for detailing the car the car was dirty with stains
25 wire transfer fee for them to receive payment
None of the detail was done, the request for refund and to return the vehicle was denied, from seller and e-bay.
When the engine was started a engine light came on and stayed on, now taken the delivery department employee Michael drove this car many times as he mentione via phone and text messages, that there was nothing wrong with the car, the only way he could not have seen the light on if he drove blind folded, and it was not in the listing, description claims that this vehicle was Clean and A great Bargain.
Once we called the company delivery guy and requested that the company come pick up the vehicle and do a refund because I did not want the car, because it was miss led in the description, He refused, he said to email the company, I did they said the car was mine andd no refund would be issued along with what appeared as a legal lawyer was looking into the situation andd they get back with me, nothing heard from them,
I called the Montgomery Sheriffs poliice they came out inspected the car as well, ran VIN to see if it was stolen because we don't know who actually dropped off the car, we left the car as suggested by the police in the condition it was ddrpped off doors unlocked key and paperwork in the glove box, no tags or anything but a bill of sale taped to the back window whic I remved because I did not want my personal information out there in view for anyone to see.
I contacted e-bay they said they could not do anything because it was purchased outside ebay, which they alloweed because they approved the listing to be on their site, I called the bank and visit the bank to stop all payments and retract the wire transfer, even the address they gave was strange why operate a car dealership insite a executive suite building?
My Complaint is the business owes me money, and they are fradulent for listing false information, leaving a title not in their name, and a un-notarized bill of sale in the car?
Please let others know not to do business with this company. I should of known better but the listing had e-bays customer protection seal on it so I felt it was liget but not even e-bay is safe anymore

COMMON SENSE!

You represent your case as a transaction between you and the seller, which according to a quick search is about twenty miles. Yet, you didn't even have the slightest notion of going to see this thing??? You based this purchase on pictures on a computer, emails and maybe a voice on the phone. You send your money off to somebody you don't know to buy a USED CAR you've NEVER seen...NEVER inspected...NEVER test drove...NEVER heard the engine run...NEVER tested all the accessories...NEVER checked for broken glass...NEVER checked for body damage. You come here to cry and whine about the cost which you seem to be so, so surprised of and that you bought a car with body damage...ALL BECAUSE YOU WOULD NOT GO SEE THIS CAR!!! Absolutely amazing!!! This car is the LEAST of your problems. I urge you to get professional help. Find a doctor to treat you for this very obvious lack of COMMON SENSE which you are inflicted with!
