On 06-16-14 we contacted Elite One Logistics LLC and asked for a quote for a delivery. We got a quote and we
were asked to send a check. On 6-22-14 we were contacted and said that the quote was going to go up $700
dollars. We asked them NOT to cash the check we had already sent out. They said OK no problem. They said we
will send it (the check) back.
On 06-26-14 the check we sent was cashed(cleared the bank) we then contacted them and they said that the other business owner thought it was for a load that had been delivered and that they would issue us a refund check. As of 08-15-14 no check has arrived and after many calls (did talk to them a couple times, but never got payment). We have left many voice mails and Emails without response. They cashed a check for $2,895.00 without having any service done. Very bad business practice!!!
