I entered into an agreement with a salesman, claiming that they need a our year non cancelable agreement, where they will charge me $356.00 a month, and 1 % processing fee on the credit cards, and no fee on debit cards. The reason for the $356.00 charge was, the company is paying a large sum of money on my behalf to get the low rate. I was promised a $500 to $600 savings per month.

After I signed the agreemnet I found out that the fee was for the equipment Lease, a cheap machine and a pin reader. Then I found  a charge to my account for $816.00 from the leasing company , they charged me from the date I signed the Agreement not from the date the service started, they also charged the first and last month.

When I received my first statement, the extra charges were unreal, I called and they had a clerk that says they will work with me to lower the charges . they charged my account for another $821.00 fees on $31000.00 sales an average vharge of 5.7%. I was paying 2.3% on everything. I tried to call the salesman to ask why these charges are so high . I was told after they close the deal their salemen are not allowed to talk to customers. I requeted to get out of the contract becaue it did not deliver what I was promissed, they said it will cost me $16000.00 for the leasing compaoeny and over $4000.00 for Elite Pay. I have a small busiones and i can not afford these charges especially with the way the economy is now.

I have been in business for over 40 years, I have not seen such a piracy and rip off behavior, I know I signed the contract, which is a mistake but if the charges are way higher than what I was promissed there should be a recourse or a legal action that I can take to correct this false promise. I was also promissed that Elite PAy wil take care of my PCI compliance, now i received a letter that they will charge me $150.00 for the initial fee for PCi, and if I am not cpmliant they will add on another monthly charge.

I want people to know that this company is not trust worthy, and people should avoid dealing with them. if I was told thet the charge is for equipment leasing, I would have never signed the contract. I have my own machine that i have been using for many years.

They must be Investigated

ElitePay Global rates as a substandard merchant services provider according to our rating system. The company appears to offer a standard contract through First Data with expensive lease terms attached. Its rating also suffers from complaints about deceptive sales tactics and poor customer service, and its complaint record with the BBB has seen a negative trend since the initial publication of this review. Merchants are advised to read their contract terms, including the terms of any lease, with great care.

Elite Pay Global It's a scam

AUTHOR: jgonzalezjr1 - ()

POSTED: Sunday, May 04, 2014

I recently started with them, they offered me a salary plus commision, they tyold me to leave my job and I did. I have been in the merchant proccessing for the past 7 years and El;ite Pay Global does have a program that is a rip off, they are selling credit card machines that cost between $300.00 and $600.00 on leases for over 5K on a 48 month lease, I sold one and I really felt bad with the customer and I went and told the customer what was going on even there was a manager that asked me to forged initials on the contract, and also they dont even put the make and model og the equipment on the lease and they have the customer sign the lease like that, its a scam people, since there is so much competitiion they make their money on the lease because they get paid upfront, the give their sales people 25% of the profit and they kee the rest, people credit card machines are giving free, if you have any question contact me at (((REDACTED))) I will help you go through the contract because they tell their sales people to forge the initials on contracts.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

ELITE PAY GLOBAL will rip you off

AUTHOR: vermhat - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 11, 2013

Elite pay global is a scam. What that person said was exactly right. I am an emloyee at that horrible company. They should be stopped. The only way is to tell your story if you have been screwed by them.

If you happen to get forced or conned into a  10 minute appoint for a sales agent like michael salimbene to come into your business just let them know that you will be recording the meeting. And just use an app on your phone. At least you have some kind of evidence if they con you into signing up because it looks like a really good deal.

Please business owners just take a couple of minutes & look them up with bbb and internet. Beware of any 1. company that tells you they dont pay interchange.2. wont quote rates over the phone. Reason being no recording no evidence.3. It only takes 10 minutes.  4. Asking for the owner. 5. If you call the phone number that they called you from and its disconnected.

Courtney Lui, the manager  has no ethics, morals or a conscience. She is only concerned about herself and status and salary she will go to any lengths to make it happen. She doesnt care if she ruins your life or business as long as she gets her appointments.  felons are 90% of the company

Those are the biggest red flags. Please save yourself and your business from disaster.  Elite Pay Global aka EPG aka Prime Pay Global
