Elite Premium Services, LLC. - Elite Development Corporation, Inc. Did not pay for 60 home and foreclosure inspections they had me perform in Western Washington Las Vegas Nevada

From September to November 2008, I performed nearly 60 home inspections for elite premium services. They informed me the payments for work performed would go out up to 6 weeks from the start of the inspections. I did my work diligently covering an area of roughly 120 square miles here in western washington. I completed all work requested of me, however when it came time to be paid, Murry, Jonathan and Elite Premium Services went silent.

I have been pursuing them for the last 2 months and plan to pursue this through to the end. Its roughly $400 they owe me, but at this point, its the principal of the matter for me. The State licensing agency as well as their clients (Wells Fargo Bank and Fannie Mae), should know about them if they don't already. Elite Premium Services, LLC. a division of Elite Development Corporation, Inc managed by Murray Fields, and a project manager by the name of Jonathan. They contracted with me to perform real estate inspection services for them and they never intended to pay.

They received the contracts from Wells Fargo Banks mortgage maintenance division and generally Elite looks for 1099 independent contractors around the country to perform this work for them.

These people are thieves and should be shut down. They prey on unsuspecting good people. they have a system set up to keep turning over contractors. They use CraigsList and other such services to recruit new independents. I have been in touch with at least a dozen people who have been victimized by Elite Premium Services and Murray Fields and his tactics.
