Elite Products & Technology Aka Elite Extreme Bait and Switch Casselberry Florida

I ordered a cell phone case from them. It was a Monaco branded case. When it arrived, it was a completely different case from a different manufacturer. It was an ugly Motorola case. I called customer service immediately. After checking w/ their shipping department, they said that they sent me the different case because it was the one that Monaco was sending them. She said "Why don't you keep it and we'll send out the correct one when it comes in." Duh. What if it never comes in? I said I didn't want it and that they should have told me it was out of stock. I of course asked for a full refund.

Their policy states that they will not pay for shipping returns or refund the shipping you paid when you ordered. I disputed that. So they passed me on to a customer service manager.

The customer service manager then said that they tried to do me a favor by sending me the more expensive item. NOT! This item was a way cheaper item and they tried to make me take it. I accused them of bait and switch tactics.

They finally agreed to take my item back and pay for shipping. However, they wouldn't agree to execute anything in writing indicating that. So I sent the item back via UPS and it was received by them on 12/26/2007 (delivery confirmation). To date, I have not received any communications from them, much less a refund.

Isn't this fraudulent interstate traffic? It's not the money. They item wasn't expensive. But the utter disregard and fraud they perpetuate is so wrong that I don't mind having to go through a registration process (on this website) and writing this out just to drive them out of business.
