Elite skin Rejuvenation spa UNLICENSED BOTCHED LASER PHOTO FACIAL Rehoboth Massachusetts

I went to elite skin rejuvenation spa on Dec.2,2005,  the owner Wendy Almeida gave me a photo facial that she said she was trained and licensed to do, SHE WAS NOT, she didn't get her cosmetologist license until April 16,2006.  I left elite with burns that turned into blisters on parts of my face so badly that I had to visit a Dermatologist, where they told me that the Laser Technician who did this photo facial had no Idea of what they were doing, when the scabs fell off I was left with several scars that were NOT there before this Botched photo facial.  I went back to show Ms. Almeida what my concerns where with the scarring I received and she could NOT have cared less, she was more concerned with the fact that I had reported this problem to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU rather than the scars she has left me to deal with, Gave me a check for half my money back very Indignantly said "I WAS LUCKY TO GET THAT" I also went to the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE on Jan. 5, 2006 and filed a formal complaint (Elite spa has more than one complaint on file at the A.G. office) I wish I had sued but at the time this was happening My Dad was sick and dying,  I had to care for him.  I then went on an online review site when a WENDY ALMEIDA (on her aol. account) sent out these VERY INAPPROPRIATE EMAILS calling me HORRIFIC DEROGATORY NAMES saying in this email that if I have scars on my face I must have done them to myself while I was performing SICK UNGODLY SEX ACTS(what kind of business engages in this type of behavior???)she also goes on to say that I am a HARASSING ****, and that I go around to business's bashing them for money to shut me up as if I was a modern day Al Capone or just trying to discredit me ??? she says that she had to contact the police on me to remove me from her property, which never happened, The owner has complete and utter disregard for what she has done to me and is actually getting angry with me for speaking out about her UNLICENSED BOTCHED PHOTO FACIAL which resulted in me paying elite skin rejuvenation spa for scarring my face!!!!!
