elite talent took taxes but did not send my w2 form rip off at pay time charlotte North Carolina

 I worked for elite talent for a few months going from door to door. The boss Marcus ripped me off embassy working over forty hours a week and only got played 100 bucks when I had over ten people a day. He wrote a personal check or work check took out taxes over all he got like 500 in taxes but never mailed my w2 like he said would Idk wat to do he reported it to social security but still never send me my w2 so that is fraud tax invasion I believe how can you take it but not give it back at the end of year.he screwing around with Tiffany after and before work I caught him but they had no clue I was even there listening she a w***e to smile in that mans wifes face and his kids but having sex with him.I just want my taxes he took and its against the law to take taxes from a employee and send there w2 so can someone please help me in this or call me (((phone number redacted))) I like to start a law suit and press charges for fraud.
