Extremely negative experience using Elite Travel International (LA and NY), and their vendor, Queen of Clubs in the UK and France. Would never use again or recommend. In the course of a luxury UK/France trip, Elite was:

O in number of emails responding to our trip issues: was rude, inappropriately unprofessional and grossly critical, and demonstrated unacceptable demeanor to clients when called on mistakes/problems.

O inconsistent/sloppy re number of details (in one instance, costing one couple nearly $1000 dollars for new set of transport services already contracted and paid for -- rigid, with zero effort at accommodation),

O demonstrated poor judgement in our case due to on-the-ground private guide vendor (Queen of Clubs), who repeatedly sought additional money beyond already contracted for costs and mis-scheduled guided tours requiring us to cut visit short.

We specialize in managing the high-level travel needs of high-profile clients worldwide and through our strong relationships with suppliers around the globe, we offer a non-traditional approach to best serve today's 24/7, always-connected luxury traveler.  

We appreciate the uniqueness of each client and trip, collaborating with appropriate partners to accommodate different wants, needs and itineraries; priding ourselves on our ability to deliver results and make a difference.  We entrust our valued clients to a hand-picked, select group of professional, knowledgeable suppliers, many of whom are consistently noted as‘best of the best,’ domestically and internationally. Through these relationships we are frequently able to provide our clients with enhanced experiences – from specialized, expert tour-guides to behind-the-scenes private tours to additional amenities at properties around the world.  

We tend to exceed expectations and provide special personal touches, prompting clients to send follow up emails and notes with sentiments such as: “I know it's part of your work but you definitely went above and beyond ‘just work’ and your TLC was truly felt.” and “Thank you so much for arranging the most memorable European vacation of our dreams!”    
Repeat clients and referrals are the biggest compliment we receive, next to: “You did it again! Thanks for everything!”  

We are disappointed to discover this negative comment on this site, as it certainly does not reflect our levels of professionalism, expertise, and resources; nor our commitment to catering to our high-end clientele and our ability to regularly meet their high expectations and demands.
