Ordered cell phone faceplate, and my credit card was billed the next day. Waited a week....no track number, no update at website order info.

Called them: you are always put on hold for at least 5-10 minutes after a "please hold" blurb from whoever answers. I have held for 20 minutes previously.

1st inquiry: 'that item is no longer available/has been dicontinued'. I said 'okay, refund my $ and I'll get it elsewhere'.

Found item at "mkwireless" two days later, and placed order. Waited 1 week for item or email.....nothing.

Checked my bank account online; elitextreme credit for $X, elitextreme debit for $X. What the h**l? Same company!!

Called and got same guy on the phone after the usual "please hold"....

"Yes, we will receive the item on _____ and ship it to you". I think, 'okay, they must have found one'. Wrong. No item shipped. Call back - 'it shipped yesterday'. 1 week later, no item.

Anyways, you get the picture. After two months and 6-8 phone calls, no items shipped despite being told twice that they had.

STAY AWAY FROM ELITEXTREME, MKWIRELESS, or any other site they may be running.
