Oredered E-Juice and it never arrived..Tracking provided stayed the same. Contaxted a guy named Tony on the webpages CHAT after several e-mails went unanswered. Tony was very rude stating that I wasnt the only customer when I asked him what was taking my order so long! After about 20 minutes he said the item was out of stock and i would be getting a full refund,and a premium bottle of house juice for the inconvenience..As per Elix vapors track record no e-juice or refund ever came..Multiple E mails and messages on Facebook went unanswered AGAIN!! So No e juice no refund..no nothing..Steer clear of Elix vapors!! If you post a bad review about juice it never gets published..that tells me right there the company is a scam!! Elix Wheres my refund??? Keep the premium e juice..just give me my Money!!!Please

DON'T ORDER ANY JUICE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered e-liquid from elix vapor because they popped up on my Facebook feed. Offered me a 50% off code. So I ordered 1 bottle of juice and I received it right away. I really liked the juice. Anyways after that purchase I started to relieve emails from them with more coupon codes. I got another code for 50% off so I ordered 700ML of juice. This was back on February 12th 2017. Today is April 9th 2017 and I still have no juice. I've tried contacting them 11 times now. Email, Facebook, Twitter, I've tried calling their number and I can't get any responses period. They stole my money and now I can't get it back. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
