Elizabeth B Spivey / Wallace Spivey liz Spivey Broke verbale contract and not paying back loan pineville Lousiana

On 8/8/17 Elizabeth b Spivey got in touch with me about extending a personal loan that my bother had made for her . I then got in touch with him to ask if he would . Only one condition and that is if she would be prompt  and pay it off on time . Before he did i got on the phone with her at the same time they was in the loan office and told her that this a verbal contract between her and my bother and did  agree to the terms if we did this to paying it on time and completely , She stated yes .  Only reason why we even did this was because i knew her family since she was 14 years old .  Her husband then pickup my brother and took him to the bank to cash the check to give to them .  Her daughters the hole time did nothing but keep saying we were going to screw her over , yes very insulting for someone who we were bending over backwards to help .  Her husband who works at Proctor and Gamble in pineville la . had just got a raise not to mention other income from family homes left to her that she rented . The loan was only 90 a month . she has paid ten months on this . Each month was always late . when we started try find out what was going on . We were dealt with insults again by her daughter Dana Spivey that we were using her mother and why where bothering her , I told her iam trying to find out what is going on because she has a legal verbal contract to take of . She then stated that her mother was not responsiable and mentaly not stable . of coarse this was nothing but a ploy because she was just fine with the verbal contract was made .  Then i told her her fauther will take responsability of it . she said he didnt know . which of coase is nonsence sence is the one that took my bother to the bank to have it cash to give to him . How are screwing them over when we are the ones left with the bill . They are con artist and can not be trusted . Month ahead time they started to block up from everything . showing that this was always already a plan . I dont know what kind of person would hire someon like wallace spivey but Proctor and Gamble needs to take a very close look at who there  hiring . To this someone that bent over backwards to help there family . Now we have to take them court very breaking verbale contract , even tho there going to try the she not in her right defense its obserd she was not declared incompetent and wasnt then either . so the she not her mind stuff is not going to work . From what i understand they do this to everyone . they late on every bill they have . including morgage . This people should be avoided and not trusted . There daughters and even mother just add to all . They dont care who the screw over and think they are smarter then everyone .  All these years and help we gave they stomp on it with scam and i do believe there daughter is braining washing them thing they are not liable . In state of lousiana . verbal contract is good and binding . they being sued for 1810 . Hopefull once justice will prevail over people like this that do this to others . This is very clear and cut case . but we still have to deal with the loan company, because of them till we resloved in court . This has cause so much emtional stress .
