I purchased a car from Ellas Auto Outlet in August of 2014 from Auto Trader. Because it was sight unseen, I had a local mechanic inspect it. No major problems were reported, except the need for brakes. Sam at Ellas said that he would have the brakes replaced. When I took delivery of the car, there was not a sunroof, as was advertised on Auto Trader, there was an additional 100 miles on the car, and the engine light was on. I spoke with the owner, Alyas Abady, and I agreed to overlook the sunroof issue, if he sent parts to resolve the engine light issue, and replace the brakes. He agreed to send the parts, but said he would have to check with Sam regarding the brakes. I never received the parts, and cannot get anyone on the phone. The car will not pass inspection. I have an active complaint with the VA Atorney General against Ellas.
