 I had placed an order on Ella's Concoctions website and purchased close to 60.00 dollars worth of items. I waited patiently for my order to be shipped and delivered and notice that I still did NOT receive any of the items that I purchased. Giving Ella's Concoctions business  the benefit of a doubt, I went to my local post office and inquired about the package that I had been waiting on for quite a long time. The end result was that they needed a Tracking number of the items which sadly the owner never provided.

I was very disappointed by ella's concoctions customer service. I was trying to be patient and understanding and I feel like the owner Jess Brooks took my Kindness for weakness. I  had placed a follow-up email regarding my order and the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I had to submit at least three emails just to get some type of response and when the owner of the business finally replied back she did not seem apologetic or sincere about not delivering my items. It has been four months and still no items. I will NEVER order from this CON ARTIST again.

Its not about the money its about the principle, if people spend their hard earn money and buy a product the owner as well as the company should deliver it. Ella's Conartist has taken close to 60.00 dollars from me but what comes around goes around and I know god will bless me in other ways.

Ellas concoctions is a scam! She stole 133.00 from me! She only respond to your emails if u call her a b****! She won't respond if you respectfully ask her for your money or products you purchased! And she's the one on here pretending to be the happy customer. I know because while we were conversing through emails she used "girl, bye" and " Bol" she claims she doesn't have to take money from people but as u can see that's a lie! She call herself a mother? Lol! She stole from the wrong one!

Yes , I so wish my experience was like yours. She did not deliver ny products and ignored several of my emails. That is what true scammers do thet give others products and then rip others like me off. You have no right to speak against others experience with her.You must be Jess who is commenting, helping her scam people,or you are one of those people on the receiving side on the ponzi scheme. Either way what she or tou are doing is unethical. Then she has the nerve to speak about God on instagram. God sees everything and what she is doing I know he dosent approve od because she is cheating people foe profit. I am totalky disgusted with her and that is why I filed a small claim on her for the Juge Mathis show so others will not be ripped off by her. She is a scam!!!! Thats my truth and this is not the last she is going to hear from me. I will also let social media know what she is doing. Its is not defamation because this is my experience with her and I have the rmails to prove it!

I ordered products from her and never received them. She gets your money then will not respond to any of your emails. Im taking her to small claims court.She is a fraud!!

The same exact thing happned to me as well, and I believe the customer service is not good either. If you are dealing with people's money you should also have the respect to write back it's been a response and still she did not reply back.My friend just because you are the only one speaking I'm sure there is more like us that I concerned. I will be turning her in, fraud is fraud!!!!! JUST BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T DO IT TO OTHERS DOESN'T MEAN SHE DIDN'T DO IT TO US.

Bye happy customer!!! your acting wrong and strong,  its funny how your speaking about a transaction between ellas concoctions and myself and you know nothing about it and all I did was school you about knowing facts and I'm salty now? girl please pay attention to the first post. Once again I have to school you again and say its not about the money its about the principle of paying for an item and getting a item or product in exchange. I never wanted the money back clueless I wanted the items instead but now I see how careless ellas concoctions is with their customer service so I took it like a lesson learn. I just will not order any items from this company again. I like companies that are responsible enough to provide a tracking numbers with the packages.All the companies that I ordered from always did except for ellas concoctions. Do you have the tracking #?? I'll wait since you seem to know so much about my transaction. You keep on stressing ellas concoctions reviews, so what? I'm talking about my experience as a customer who bought a item and never received it. Why are you so SOUR about my complaint???hmm SOUR APPLE stop commenting about a situation that you clearly don't know nothing about. Its good to me and sucks to be you, going all hard for a company that you clearly don't own. As a matter of fact go fill some orders for ellas concoction , help her out she really needs the help in the kitchen and be quiet!POS!!

Girl bye! To sit and go back and forth with you is pointless. You are salty about your sixty dollars and trying to act like you're not. You have several seats! Keep complaining while her other loyal customers/bloggers and companies enjoy her products and her customer service. Sucks to be you! BOL!

Mrs happy customer/ please have several seats.please your making your self look really ridiculous you know why?? because your talking about a situation that you know NOTHING about.Fundamentally you should find out the facts FIRST before assuming anything.You really should not guarentee anything unless you have strong solid proof. Now in your statement you quoted" I can almost guarentee that your order was one of many that was actually mailed, you received a tracking number and as with many orders and many other complaints".Your statement was totally FALSE!!!. I NEVER received any tracking number, all I got was a order#. Fundamentally a well educated customer knows that a tracking number is very much needed to locate any package which the boss of ella's concoctions failed to provide. If  ella's concoctions had provided me with a tracking number this report would not be about ella's concoctions it would be about USPS and I would be able to locate/track my package. Unless you are the boss of this business or work for ella's concoctions how would you know I got a tracking number?Mrs happy customer you are giving this impression like I have the products and I'm just trying to give ella's concoctions a way to go and that is Not the case. Like I said she can keep her products and the money she needs it more than I do and I know I will get it back more in blessings. I NEVER got the items or a tracking number and thats the TRUTH. Please talk facts and the truth regarding the transaction between ellas concoctions and myself. I have many emails that will prove the horrible customer service and the lack of following up on the products that I purchased. You stay blessed as well and please do your research first before assuming anything.

Well I can say this, I don't down other minority owned companies and especially startups. Many are still trying to get their processes organized and etc. Your experience is one of few and I can almost guarantee that your order was one of many that was actually mailed, you received a tracking number and as with many orders and many other complaints, the USPS lost your order. That happened with her company around the same time that you said you ordered, because one of my orders got caught up in that fiasco. She actually closed her business down for a month to get all of those orders that were lost, remade and resent and it was a couple hundred of orders. She sent out tons of notifications emails and updated her social sites with that information, updates and followups and I received my order. Many companies that use USPS as their main source of delivery will tell you of so many issues that they've experienced with delivery, so her company was not the only one affected. If you never got your order, did you contact her to get updates or to even see if she could remake your order? If you did that on several occassions, maybe your order got lost in the bunch, it happens. However, I would contact her again just to let her know that you never got your order.

One thing about her, and I know because I have referred many and many of people who have bought from her with no issues, she's not out here taking anyone's money and her customer service isn't as crappy as you allegedly say it is. I'm just one of many happy customers who know how important reviews are, especially for small companies and although this is your experience, you're trying to make her out as someone who is taking money and I know for a fact that she doesn't do that and as a whole, her customer service is really good. Matter of fact, hundreds and hundreds of customers can attest to the fact that she doesn't take people's money, they get their products and her customer service is good. Check other reviews and even YouTube. But I know this, reading all of her policies are fundamental, which many fail to do. Be blessed!

Your customer service is horrible but i'm the worst? joke

In response to Mrs Happy customer: I'm so happy for you! your experience was the best!!many customers can testify that she has the best products in the whole wide  world! right? Okay well first impressions is everything and it was my first time purchasing ellas concoction products and she totally failed as a boss by not delivering the products in a timely fashion and not  even delivering the products  at all. I know your talking about your wonderful experience as a ellas concoction customer but that was not mine. Yes I agree with you customer's can be the worst, but this customer was not! I waited patiently and was even understanding towards the many orders she received during her sale. It has been four months and still no products and no tracking number to locate the products that she so called delivered. I love supporting new business and trying out new products. One thing I am is patient and kind, I always try to be empathic towards someone situation but after frequent emails of trying to get in contact with customer service regarding my order ( because I still haven't received the products  yet)  it has been really ridiculous. I have ordered from so many business and I'm sorry ella's concoction customer service is the worst. No business is perfect but what makes a great company stand out from the rest is their custom service esp when an error is made on their part as a company.You have a different view from me and that's okay but I'm speaking from my experience. Even though ella's concoctions customer service is horrible and I still have not received ANY items even up to now ( now close to 4 months). she can keep the 60.00 and invest it on improving her customer service  or maybe hiring a few extra people to help with increase loads orders so that it won't be that hard on her. I think ella's concoctions needs it more than me.  Yes I have seen the reviews regarding happy customer's like you and that's why I was so surprise because I thought I can share the same experience but I guess not.

I have been a customr of Ella's Concoctions since almost the very beginning and I can't find one other complaint online other than yours. There have been only 2 times that my order took a while, however, that is clearly stated on her website and that happens during sales and right after sales. But she tells everyone that. A lot of people don't even read what is on the website regarding her shipping times and policies but want to complain later. 

One of my orders actually took a while because it was lost in the mail and by her own rules, you're supposed to file a complaint with USPS first, if your order was shipped because technically it is their fault if the order is lost and I know for a fact that USPS doesn't scan all of the packages like their supposed to. But she was more than willing to remake my order.

You're entitled to complain about your experience with her company, but there are tons of other reviews that would say the total opposite of what you say that you experienced. 

Sometimes, customers (including myself) are the complete worst!!

Kudos to Ella's Concoctions!! She is a luxury brand and it is worth every penny!
