Had a botched damage repair surgery....Dr Ellen was great did a lot of clean up procedures...I bragged to anybody I knew how great she was ...got to the visual and airflow, rather than a do over, too late and not cost effective, did a short cut procedure which was fine and worked...had one last simple procedure which was to smooth/remove a large bulge of scar tissue...but Dr was running way late that day, did not review procedure sequence prior, assistant came in and said "she's got this"...history to that point in time was that she had...so did the procedure but made a terrible mistake, rather than just cutting/smoothing off excess scar tissue bulge and letting it heal naturally in correct/new wall position she additionally put in stitch(s)...this caused the wall to shift a bit and compromise appearance/airflow...still acceptable but not as good.

follow up appt she applied pressure to base/wall with new upper stitch(s) this caused horrific flash pain and followed tremendous swelling, and pulled everything out of whack and worse than back to square one...called immediately next morning as to what happened to make appt to see me asap...would not make appt said let the swelling go down (made no sense)...after swelling went down (anybody would know) was blown all out of whack and not going to improve...tried to make appt again to see what she had done and happened...would not make appt...just monsterly walked away, refused to see or admit error...a tragedy we were just one step away from completion...this character flaw inability to admit an error and take responsibility for one's actions is hideous and blightful...
