Ellinas Multimedia has not refunded full amount of items returned Aliso Viejo California

We ordered Taki the talking Greek bear and he cost $29.95. When we got him he was much smaller than we expected and he only says 4 things. We also ordered a tape that was supposed to be for children ages 2-10 "the ABC's of Orthodoxy". I thought it would help explain our church to the children. It was awful. It was all heavy church music that I never heard before and pictures of icons in alphabetical order accompanied with scripture verses.

There was no verbal explanation of anything so if the child can't read they get nothing out of this tape. My 4 year old couldn't watch it for more than 5 minutes. No where on their web site or their catalogue is there refund policy. We tried to call but either got a recording or we were told someone would call back. This someone would leave a garbled message days later. We sent the items back anyway. I have sent numerous e-mails. I have the UPS tracking number proving they received the package on Dec. 28. They have only credited me $29.95 the cost of the bear. It is now Feb. I have notified my credit card company that owe me $26. I want reimbursed for S&H at this point. This is not a good company to do business with.
