I first contacted Elliotts Web through their website. Mike Rayas then called me the next day. I had a long discussion with him before hanging up. He called me a few days later and soon convinced me that they are professional web designers and that i can trust their work. He also gave me an address that they had moved out of already and we met in Mcdonalds to close off the deal. Worst mistake i did because i trusted there website and google would have the correct address and Mike Rayas lied to me. So then Jon Pace was suppose to contact me a week after i signed with the first mock up, three weeks later i made several calls emails and attempts to get a hold of him to check in and no luck.

Then two weeks more passed and he tried pushing off a horrible web site on me even though i never seen or approved a mock up. I wrote several emails letting them know of the level of disappointment i had with there service. And he said he would have a 2nd mock up in a week. He did two weeks later. Then a month passed and my store's grand opening happened without a fully functioning website as they promised to have ready for me regardless of me providing with alot of content. I only heard from Jon Pace after i requested a refund and i am now looking to take legal action against the company responsible of scamming me and many other customers of theirs since they plan on keeping my money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORK THERE. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME BRING A STRONGER CASE AGAINST THEM PLEASE CONTACT ME. MY EMAIL VULISES18@OUTLOOK.COM
