I bought a package containing books, flashcards, bookshelf, and a free small made-in-China backpack in early October. I paid $5.99 for it by my credit card. After that, they automatically sent me unwanted packages that I didn't order and charge my credit card every two weeks $28.85. I have called them to cancel, but they still send me other packages. I didn't open the shrink drap of  first package (as its return policy).

I found out that they require me to call them with a different number from their business number to get the Return Authorization Number, but they didn't tell me that I have to sent the product back to another address that they didn't print in any of their policies or papers. Because of these complicated requirements, I am sure that, there will rarely be someone can catch up the requirements, and there will be a lot of people losing money for the first time. 

I couldn't follow them for the first time, so I lost my money. It's really a cheating business! At first, when I called them, they even told me that the package I have just received was over the time I could return. Until I had to yeild at them that the date they shipped it to me just 20 days, and I just received the package a week, and that they are cheating me, they gave me the RAN to return the product.
