ELON BERK Gurovich,Berk and Associates Elon Berk, forged my name illegally on his documents, misconduct, fraud,no moral standards at all, alot of lies,lies lies and more lies Sherman Oaks, California

Elon Berk, forged my name on his document attorney client agreement when i didnt need him to represent me in any manner at all. He didnt performed his job properly, misrepresented my family member, take advantage of the situation, never took a statement from myself as a Key Witness, never acknowledge my words or anything, took money, acted in a racist opinion,discuss his others clients business with us. when i took down payment of $3000, Elon bERK didnt even want to give me a proper receipt from a tablet because he stated u are not my client and i dont have to give u anything very nasty.

After, i insisted he tore a yellow notebook paper and wrote a receipt.If i was a client of this law, i think i would have been treated more better.  But because im a senior he knew that he couldnt take too much advance of me.  I have filed, a complaint against Mr. Berk with the state bar of california, to this date no discipline measures have been taken.  they have went along with his lies, what happen to telling the truth and integerity.  forgery and fraud is a crime or is it for certain individuals only..he tood advantage of a situation and his partner told him to drop the case because no money in it...he told my family member $8000.00 and didnt represented them properly at all..he has a website online no good at all beware.
