This person claims to be a private lender through a company that is Not even aware of him & they don't have him on record as ever working there.
He advertises on Facebook, Opportunity, Alignable, & some other financial services pretending that he is the direct lender when you're on the phone with him.
He states that he will lend you money for fix & flip, buy & hold, properties as well as other financial needs & clearly states that if he cannot get you the funding [ But is supposed to have the funds himself as a private lender ] He will return your money in full within 5 to 7 working days.
He is not connected to any lenders & the one he claims to have worked with is taking legal action against him as well.
It's been over a month & he has not returned the funds as promised.
This guy cannot be trusted & does not care about who he rips off.
He has lied by using Bait & Switch practices, Wire Fraud, Bank Fraud, Theft By Deception, Money laundering Practices, which is very unprofessional
So my advice is to run as fast & as far as you can from this criminal who should be locked up.
He also uses different addresses & phone numbers to so beware
He also doesn't communicate well on the phone after he gets the money from you but before that he acts like your best friend
Just stay away period
