Elyse M Tyrell Jared Shafer, Danica Csukor, Jon Norheim, Alan Freer Elyse M Tyrell ESQ uses her legal knowledge to exploit seniors Las Vegas, Nevada

Elyse M Tyrell helped Jared E Shafer, a Nevada guardian illegally remove large amounts of money from my disabled sisters estate. 
Like most of you who are reading this report were brought up to believe attorneys and judges were the good guys. This illusion was destroyed after working with Elyse Tyrell.  I practiced as a paralegal for 30 years until illness prevented me from working in the profession.  When my older sister Marys husband passed away, she had a nervous breakdown. I live in Florida and because of this fact Elyse M Tyrell said I needed someone to look after Mary.  Tyrell said she wanted to recommend a person she could trust with Marys life and that person was Jared E. Shafer. 
Mr. Shafer took over after Commissioner Jon Norheim legally appointed him.  Shafers first move was to isolate Mary from her family.  The next step was to remove Mary from her home and place her into a long-term care facility, which I later discovered was jointly owned by Elyse Tyrell and Danica Csukor who is Mr. Shafers daughter. We learned large amounts of money was transferred from  Marys account at Wells Fargo, which came under the control of Jared E Shafer.  I was told I could not visit Mary unless I called Patience Bristol and scheduled my visit at least seven days in advance.  My son told me to disregard these instructions and pay Mary a surprise visit.  When I arrived on May 14, 2010 Mary hadnt been washed in a long time.  She had bruises on her arms, and a small bump on her forehead.  Mary said, they are very mean.  I complained to Patience Bristol and Jared Shafer and was told what I saw was in my head.  The Henderson police wouldnt take a report. 
Mary died within 49 days after this incident.  The autopsy listed the cause of her death as dehydration.  The police, media and state investigative services appear not to care about what happens to elders who live in Nevada. 
I started to investigate Jared Shafer and Elyse M. Tyrell.  The number of Internet reports written about guardian abuses against the elderly in Nevada is staggering.  As of April 26, 2011 there are 78 reports filed by victims who need to tell someone their story about guardianship and attorney malfeasance in Las Vegas.  A bailiff who works at the Family court located at 601 N Pecos told me family law cases have been moved into a closet sized court room to prevent interested families from attending.  This bailiff has personally witnessed Elyse M. Tyrell demand small hearing rooms so interested people would have difficulty when they appear.  .  The judges are delighted to grant her requests. My bailiff friend was told the move to smaller court rooms was due to the frequency of reports, which had been filed about abuses committed by: Jared Shafer, Alan Freer, Patience Bristol, Commissioner Jon Norheim, Judge Chuck Hoskin, Claire Shafer, and Sundance Medical.  
Crimes are being committed on a daily basis in Nevada against seniors who only wanted to live the rest of their lives in peace.  The attorneys, judges, and guardians have established a private industry devoted to exploitation of our older citizens.  Exposure is the best strategy.  If you are someone who plans to retire in Nevada or if you have a parent thinking about retiring in this state, take a moment to investigate how Nevada treats retired people.  If you like the desert, Arizona has a fine reputation.  Other states are making great strides in senior protection.  Until Nevada solves this problem, avoid retiring in Nevada at all costs.
