EM Lynch Marketing and Associates ,Eric Lynch, ripped us off - Scottsdale, Arizona

We attempted to use EM Lynch for assistance with a home loan modification.  They did nothing to help with the matter.  They strung us along for a year. I requested our money back prior to the year due to lack of performance and was told we would have to wait until the end of the 1 year contract.  Right at the year mark I received a letter informing us that they are no longer doing loan mods and we would not be receiving our money back.  Our contract stated as well as the sales person who looked me in the eye stated that we had nothing to lose because we would get our money back regardless.  This company is really pathetic to kick people when they are already down.  Would love to be part of a class action suit against them.
