Emagine Theatre in Woodhaven has messed my bank account up so badly by submitting my bank card information which I used at this same theatre a total of 4 times in 2 visits to my bank 3 weeks later which then caused overdraft fees of $189.00.
This is the worst theatre I will never go their again because they will just do the same thing again and again. I called the bank and they talked to me like I was stupid which it wasn't the banks fault.
It was the theatres for submitting my bank card information 3 weeks later. How would you like to get hit with overdraft fees of $189.00 just for going to the theatre 2 different times bought a ticket for my wife and 1 for me.
And going to the concession stand 1 time on each of the 2 visits. They our the biggest ripoffs. I pay my bills on time all the time work everday both me and my wife, we don't go out very often because times are tight and when we do this is what happens.
I really hope they enjoy robbing people because really messed me up. It made us just sick $189.00 in overdraft fees and we never have overdrafted. I'm warning everyone that reads this stay away from Emagine Theatre they will mess you up if you use your bank card Beware.

I guess I'm a bit confused. If you subtracted the funds from your register then what does it matter when the actual funds are taken from your account. I think the bank went above and beyond and fixed your mistake.

My Bank decided to returned the entire amount of the overdraft fees to my account so I did inform Emagine Theatre of Woodhaven that it was over. But that they still needed to address whoever submits charges to customers Bank cards should still not be submitted 3 weeks later. I don't think anyone including the theatre manager would like that to happen to them. That is ridiculous. So this complaint has ended thank goodness. Totally ridiculous.
