Email Finder stoled money.i was charged for a service they were not able to deliver and now they will not refund my money Palo Alto California

i was trying to look up reverse email search using there services.well it did not show anything.and they did not deliver information that i paid for.so i asked them to refund my money instead they told me to try again doing something different.but it was so confusing so i said i told you to refund my money .it should have pulled up the information when i put the email in.they do not have that information.so they need to give me my money back.that is just wrong.we are having to many financial problems for them to steal from us.they did not come through they need to admit it and give me my money back and stop stealing from me.i am not here to pay there bills.i asked for a service from them and got nothing
