The company focuses on attempting to deliver repair manuals, service manuals, owners manuals and any other manual.  They claim to be able to send you a link to download the manual you've purchased.  I found a service repair manual for my vehicle which is terribly expensive from the dealership.  The merchant claims to be able to send you a link to download the repair vehicle with the understanding you cannot simply e-mail several gigabytes worth of data.  I purchased an "instant download", however, the download was anything but instantaneous.  I sent an e-mail to the merchant right away and asked them where my product was.  They said that "every Paypal purchase had to be manually verified because of so many fraudulent past occurrences".

Fraudulent past occurrences via Paypal?  ...this was my first red flag.

I finally got the download link almost 22 hours later and when I clicked the link, I received a corrupt .ova file instead of the .pdf file I thought I was obtaining.  The merchant advised I simply needed to download one of many brand new OS workstations available for free online.  I advised I was not comfortable downloading a new OS workstation and that I received a product which was not what I believed I purchased.  I immediately asked for a refund.  I was met with a combative e-mail reply advising me the download already occurred.  I asked for a refund and advised that despite the download having occurred, I did not actually receive the file.  I had no intention of opening their corrupt .ova file.  I asked for a refund again.  The merchant responded immediately asking me now for my VIN number.  I advised I did not have to provide them with my VIN when I made the purchase online.  Why was it needed from me now?  I gave them the year, make and model of my vehicle which was more than adequate for determining the service repair manual needed for my vehicle.  I asked again for a refund.  The company responded again asking me for the same information.  I copied and pasted my last e-mail and replied again also asking for a refund.

I resorted to Paypal's dispute resolution process.  The mechant again responded right away and this time resorted to name-calling.  They called me a "scammer" and also made several juvenile comments about my ethnicity.  I was completely flabbergasted.  I escalated it to Paypal's dispute resolution team.

Their website in the support module clearly states refunds are not an issue, however, I beg to differ.  The merchant does a complete 'bait & switch' and is extremely combative.  They aren't even capable of delivering the product that you supposedly purchased.  It is a complete scam in every sense of the word.  Buyer beware!
