Like the old saying goes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. This is definitely the case with emarketresearchgroup. This is a company that advertises in many different types of median on the internet. They spam people's emails, have annoying pop ups, advertise in banner ads, and advertise on sites.

After hearing so much about emarketresearchgroup I decided to sign up a little over two months ago for a free Bank of America gift card. They claim that if I complete 6 offers two from each page from 3 pages I would receive a "gift". I was skeptical but I decided to give emarketresearchgroup a try anyways. After spending several hours completing all 6 offers, writing to the company on numerous occasions, and waiting more than 8 weeks I still have not heard from emarketresearchgroup. I have, however, checked online for my status the site claims that I have not completed two offers even though I have receipts from the companies to proof otherwise. There site does say something about taking approximately 8 weeks for companies to send them the data but it has been more than 8 weeks already. I have contacted them about this issue and several other issues such as unanswered emails with no avail.

Frustrated, I decided to do some research on the company and I've found ripoffreport and many other sites showing emarketresearchgroup is a scam. They lie to people claiming that if you sign up for 6 offers they would give you a gift. All lies, I was foolish to believe them. Now after 2 months trying to contact them I have nothing to show for all the offers that I have signed up for, i.e. Discover cards, dietary supplements, AOL and others offers, except for a headache dealing with the emarketresearchgroup and all the companies that I did business with in order to claim my "gift"

My suggestion to anyone who comes across emarketresearchgroup, Run! Stay away from emarketresearchgroup at all cost. They lie to people trick them into singing up for companies for a false promise of a free gift then take all your data sells it and makes money off of your referral. They don't answer emails and it is nearly impossible to contact them, and even if you are able to contact them they will ignore your calls and emails. Then they lie to you for as long as possible giving people false hope and continuing to lie to people by claiming that companies that they sign for to receive a gift have not sent them data. Emarketresearchgroup is a scam period. I have no other means of taking out my anger and frustrating for this company other than to write about them on ripoffreport, contacting the better business bureau, the federal trade commission, and the distract attorney for fraud. I suggest anyone who has signed up with emarketresearchgroup do the same thing.

Problem Resolved - Emarketresearchgroup not a scam

AUTHOR: Vernon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, February 11, 2005

After spending many hours and much time trying to contact emarketresearch group with very little to no response to any of my inqury I finally contacted the the BBB, IFCC, and ohther government and non-government agencies. It was then and only then, after contacting the BBB, that I finanlly received a check for the amout of what i was supposed to get for my participation in emarketresearchgroup's "survey". Emarketresearchgroup is not a scam, albeit, it took many months to receieve my gift.

Although, I have received my gift from emarketresearch group i would say that i would not go through this process again. It was very time consuming and stressful on my part to get things straighten out with emarketresearchgroup.

All in all im pretty happy with the results dealing with emarketresearchgroup. They did keep thier of the bargin, but not without a lot of work on my part.

More than 5 Months still no gift reporting to the IFCC

AUTHOR: Vernon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2005

EmarketResearchGroup.com is a scam aka getspecialgifts.com and incentiverewardcenter.com. They claim to give out gifts to who ever completes all six offers. However, they do everything in their power to prevent people from receiving their gifts after they complete all six offers. They will lie to you about how many offers you have completed, ignore all your inquires, and worst of all they continue to sucker more people in to their scam as seen on ripoffreport. I propose contacting the IFCC about their fraudulent activity. The IFCC is a branch of the FBI who investigates internet scams. If enough people goes to their website and write this company we can close them down.
